This is an all over, cardio, toning, muscle conditioning class, which incorporates, stretching, range of motion and even some yoga cool down techniques. The goal is health and fitness using the multi-directional resistance of water. This is a great class for all ages and fitness levels.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation/Withdrawal from Program and Refund Policy Table. - All Refunds are subjects to $50 admin fee 1. 30 days + before first day of lessons = 100% refund (plus admin fee) 2. 15-29 days + before first day of lessons = 75% refund (plus admin fee) 2. 7-14 days + before first day of lessons = 50% refund (plus admin fee) 3. 2- 7 days + before first day of lessons = 25% refund (plus admin fee) 4. Day before first day of lessons = No refund Rain days : Classes can be rescheduled without a cost but must be notify BSF before 8am the day of lessons. Otherwise, if instructor shows up for classes and lessons are cancelled by the client due to weather or pool closures etc, the class will be lost and no longer eligible to be made up.
